Apparently today being Monday 15th January it’s officially “blue Monday”. The most depressing day of the year. Well the week ahead can only get better ! It’s scientifically worked out by using a number of factors wrapped up in a mathematical formula. They are debt level (the difference between debt and ability to pay) ,the weather (always rubbish at this time of year), the amount of time since Christmas, the time since failing our new year’s resolutions and levels of motivation. Add all that together and it makes for a pretty grim day.
Not making light of mental health issues the Samaritans have have renamed “blue Monday” to “brew Monday” and we recommend putting on the kettle have a cup of your favourite brew and treat yourself to a slice of your favourite cake , cupcake or brownie. It will soon be Tuesday
